Have your say: Is this how West Ham should address their abysmal start?

West Ham boast an incredible new stadium and a talented squad, but their results just aren’t matching up.

Indeed, the Hammers have been nothing short of woeful this season, losing seven in 11 across all competitions and finding themselves amid a run of four straight defeats in the Premier League.

Sunday’s loss at the hands of Southampton, a 3-0 battering at the London Stadium, was arguably their most humiliating performance yet.

The Irons’ display regressed from average to abysmal over the course of 90 minutes and the Saints duly punished them for three easily avoidable errors.

West Ham’s co-chairmen have backed Slaven Bilic in an official statement, insisting the club will turn their torrid campaign around.

But the old adage of ‘losing the dressing room’ certainly comes to mind when mulling over West Ham’s recent displays; they’re desperately lacking in confidence and organisation.

Therefore, we’re asking Hammers fans a simple question; should the club look to revive their season by sacking the man in the dugout?
