Inter are ready to bid for Manchester City defender Aleksandar Kolarov when the transfer window reopens in the summer, according to Mirror Football.
The Serbia international left-back has found opportunities in Roberto Mancini’s first-team limited this term due to the arrival of Gael Clichy, and is ready to swap the Etihad Stadium for the San Siro to ensure more playing time.
The Italian giants are going through something of a rebuilding process after a disappointing season, and were keen to sign free-kick specialist Kolarov in the January transfer window.
City bought the full back from Lazio in July 2010 for £16million, but with City struggling to balance the books due to Fifa’s Financial Fairplay ruling, a sale at less than this is expected.
Inter are believed to also be interested in City badboy forwards Mario Balotelli and Carlos Tevez, and may well bid for all three of the City players this summer.
