Inter Milan ace in talks with Arsenal regarding January switch

Inter Milan ace Marcelo Brozovic has held talks with Arsenal in regards to a January move, according to reports from the Express.

The Gunners have been plagued by a long list of injured players in their midfield, with the likes of Santi Cazorla and Francis Coquelin expected to be out for several months with respective problems.

And with Arsenal now considered favourites to win the Premier League title, Wenger will be keen on adding sufficient cover when the transfer window reopens next month.

One of names being linked with a move to the Emirates in recent weeks is Inter’s Marcelo Brozovic, with the Croatia international struggling for regular playing time under Roberto Mancini.

And the former Manchester City boss is willing to let Brozovic leave this January, but the Gunners will need to pay much more than the £5million Inter used to sign him at the beginning of the year.

Brozovic, 23, has made 13 appearances in all competitions this term, scoring two goals.
