Inter Milan have joined Manchester United in the race to sign Monaco star Fabinho, according to reports from talkSPORT.
Fabinho was heavily linked with a move to the Premier League during the summer, with neighbouring rivals Manchester City also keen on the 21-year-old.
The Brazilian came to prominence last season with Monaco when the principality side went to the quarter-finals of the Champions League, knocking out Arsenal along the way.
This saw team-mates Geoffrey Kondogbia and Aymen Abdennour both secure big moves during the summer, and Inter boss Roberto Mancini is keen on bringing Fabinho to join Kondogbia at the Guiseppe Meazza.
Mancini’s interest will definitely be alerting both United and City, which could result in a bidding war come January.
The Manchester clubs are currently the top two teams in the English Premier League, with United returning to 1st for the first time since they won the league back in 2013.
