Roma have activated a clause to sign Chelsea’s Mohamed Salah and Manchester City’s Edin Dzeko on a permanent deal, according to reports from the Daily Mail.
The two players joined the Serie A side on a loan during the summer after they both failed to hold down a regular role for their respective clubs.
Apart from the mentioned pair, the Italian side also completed another deal to add Genoa star Iago Falque to their ranks.
Their acquisitions were confirmed via a statement from the club which states that the player’s loan agreement has now been made into a permanent transfer.
“These players were first signed on a temporary basis, which has been transformed into definitive transfers after planned contractual conditions were met.”
Salah has already made six league appearances for his side this term, scoring three goals, with his buy-out clause said to have been set at £16million.
Dzeko featured six times for his side in the league as well, scoring one goal while providing another one assists, and is believed to have been worth £8million.
