Italian giants set to ensnare top-class Chelsea duo

Italian champions Juventus are closing in on Chelsea duo Willian and Eden Hazard, with Tuttosport claiming that the Serie A side could move for the Blues pair this summer.

The West London outfit have had a campaign to forget, with their fall from grace resulting in the dismissal of former manager Jose Mourinho.

With a new manager set to take the reigns in the summer, the current playing squad is set to be overhauled in search of success in 2016-17.

Hazard was PFA Player of the Year last season but has been a fragment of his former self this term and is consistently linked with a move to Real Madrid.

Willian has been one of the few Chelsea players that have stood up and been counted, but again it is believed that the Brazilian is wanted on the continent.

With Antonio Conte believed to be set to move to Stamford Bridge, there could well be a number of transfers between the Italian’s former club and his future one.
