Real Madrid have slapped a £60million price tag on James Rodriguez amid interest from Chelsea and Manchester United, according to reports from the Mirror.
Rodriguez has been heavily linked with a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu in recent weeks, with the Colombia superstar struggling to make an impact with the La Liga giants this season.
The 24-year-old has had a rather disappointing campaign under Rafa Benitez and now Zinedine Zidane, and is expected to depart in the upcoming transfer window.
His availability will alert a host of top clubs around Europe, with United and the Blues both interested in the attacking midfielder.
However, Rodriguez will cost at least £60million to facilitate the transfer, which was the price that Real paid Monaco for him after the 2014 World Cup.
The Premier League duo may have some competition from Paris Saint-Germain, with the French champions looking for a marquee summer signing to replace departing star Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Rodriguez has only made 23 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring six goals.
