Leicester are lining up an exciting move for experienced Dutch midfielder Nigel De Jong in January, with the veteran ready for a £2 million move to the King Power Stadium according to The Mirror.
Claudio Ranieri’s men have been in exceptional form this season, with the Foxes sitting pretty at the top of the Premier League before this weekend’s action.
Leicester could well look to make a splash in the transfer market in January to keep their momentum going, with De Jong reportedly in their sights.
The AC Milan enforcer has only played five Serie A games for the Rossoneri this season and as such looks set to be offloaded at a cut price.
De Jong has a wealth of experience having played in the World Cup final and won the Premier League with Manchester City.
It remains to be seen whether the Foxes need him though, with fellow central midfielder Gokhan Inler struggling for game time since moving to England.
