Liverpool ace admits he wants to leave to join Turkish side

Liverpool striker Samed Yesil has admitted that he wants to leave Anfield this summer and a move to Trabzonspor in Turkey is his desired location.

The 22-year-old moved to the Anfield club in the summer of 2012 but has largely been part of the club’s reserve and youth ranks since.

Yesil has never made a Premier League appearance for the Reds and has spent time out on loan at FC Luzern as a result.

The attacker has not had  change in fortunes since the arrival of Jurgen Klopp as the Liverpool manager, with it likely that he will leave the Merseyside club once the transfer market reopens.

Yesil has stated that he is aware of Trabzonspor’s long-serving interest and is keen to move to Turkey at the next possible opportunity.

“I have received offers from Trabzonspor for the past four years,” he told Super Haber.

“I would like to join the club for the 50th year anniversary.”

Yesil is a former Germany under-19’s player where he boasted a prolific goal record but his career has stalled since moving to England.
