Nottingham Forest could lose Karl Darlow, after Premier League duo Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are believed to be tracking the goalkeeper, Daily Mail reports.
With the pair both making it known to being interested in the 23-year-old keeper, a bidding war could soon star despite both clubs eyeing Darlow as a possible number two.
Tottenham, who are doing all they can to keep Hugo Lloris from being lured away to Paris Saint Germain, are looking at the Nottingham Forest man to provide competition to their current number one.
Even though Brad Friedel recently signed a contract which could make him the leagues oldest ever player, the London club will want to add some extra reinforcements into the line up.
Brendan Rodgers is also in line to bring the Forest keeper to Anfield to provide extra cover for Simon Mignolet, who had a shaky first season despite the team finishing second in the league.
However, with news of a return for Pepe Reina after playing out his loan at Napoli, there could be fierce competition for a first team place between the Anfield sticks.
