Liverpool star Daniel Sturridge has returned to full training as he looks to make a return to first-team football following a host of injury problems, Skysports reports.
The 26-year-old last featured for his side back on December 6th and has only managed to register about 106 minutes of playtime since the arrival of manager Jurgen Klopp.
He took part in a full training session with the senior squad yesterday as Klopp is prepared to take things slow in regards to bringing the striker back into the first-team fold.
Sturridge will not be in contention to feature against Sunderland in the league this weekend and is also expected to be sidelined for the FA Cup replay against West Ham United on Tuesday.
The Reds will also be boosted by news that Divock Origi and Philippe Coutinho are both set to return to training later today while Martin Skrtel is expected to join them at the weekend.
