Liverpool boss not finished in transfer window

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is keen to add to his squad, according to the Daily Star.

The German manager was talking to the press after the Reds’ 2-0 victory over Wigan in their preseason friendly on Sunday. Danny Ings and Ben Woodburn scored the goals.

“A few things will happen I am pretty sure.” Said Klopp

“We have a few players, maybe who want to leave us and I am pretty sure it will happen – and one or two more players will join us from other clubs. It’s a long time until the 31st of August and we have to work a little bit.”

Liverpool have brought in Joel Matip, Loris Karius and Sadio Mane this summer, with Marko Grujic returning from a loan spell for his first time at Anfield.

The Reds face Huddersfield Town on Wednesday 28th, before heading to the USA for more preseason fixtures. They begin their Premier League campaign on August 14th away at Arsenal.
