Liverpool looking to Brazilian sensation to join Firmino and Coutinho

According to Mercato365, Jurgen Klopp is considering making a move for Lucas Moura this summer, as he looks to add natural width to Liverpool’s gifted attacking options.

Since the loss of Raheem Sterling last summer, Liverpool have been short of wingers and Lucas Moura – who has had a stunning season with Paris Saint Germain – is believed to be the number one target.

PSG are thought to rate Lucas at around £30 million, which would make him one of Liverpool’s most expensive signings in their history. The Brazilian has scored 23 goals in 158 games for the Ligue Un side, having impressed the European giants whilst playing for Sao Paulo.

The French side have already secured the league title and Lucas has been integral in their success alongside the brilliance of Angel Di Maria and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Lucas would surely be tempted by the prospect of joining up with fellow Brazilians, Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho and his extreme pace makes him ideal for the quick transitions of Klopp’s side.
