Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho is being tipped to feature against Swansea City this weekend after picking up an injury, Express reports.
The 23-year-old suffered a hamstring problem during the 4-1 victory over Manchester City this past weekend, forcing him to only play 68 minutes.
Based on the results of his medical check up, it is believed that the attacking midfielder only picked up a minor strain and is likely to be fit ahead of the next round of Premier League fixtures.
However, the Brazil international is expected to be rested by manager Jurgen Klopp for the midweek Europa League clash against Bordeaux in order to avoid any unnecessary risks.
The Reds medical team are now keeping a close eye on the player as they will likely give the green light for him to feature against the Swans later in the week.
Coutinho has been on a good run of form in recent weeks as he managed to register four goals from his last three appearances.
