Liverpool ace Alberto Moreno has praised summer signings Roberto Firmino and Christian Benteke ahead of their second Premier League game against newly-promoted Bournemouth, Daily Star reports.
Kop manager Brendan Rodgers preferred to use Benteke from the start, but only gave Firmino a 10-minute cameo in their season opener against Stoke City last weekend.
However, team-mate Moreno claims that he expects the Brazilian to hit the ground running once he settles into his new surroundings at Anfield, going on to insist that the 23-year-old never misses a shot in training.
He said: “They [fans] will get to know him quickly.
“Every ball he hits, with either foot, finds the back of the net.”
The Spanish left back went on to add that Benteke is also an incredible signing for Liverpool, and he sees the goals flowing sooner rather than later.
“He’s a top player,” he continued. “He’s unplayable in the air and despite his size he’s really good with his feet.
“He could score a hatful of goals.”
Moreno arrived from Sevilla in a £12million deal last summer, going on to make 41 appearances in all competitions.
