Liverpool could well be set to send young striker Divock Origi out on loan when Daniel Sturridge is fit and ready to return to action, as per The Mirror.
The Belgium international joined the Reds after an impressive World Cup campaign last summer but was immediately loaned back to former club Lille for the 2014-15 season.
Origi has been part of Brendan Rodgers’ first-team squad this season so far, but has found a place in the starting XI tough to commandeer, with Christian Benteke the first-choice number nine for the Merseyside club.
Sturridge has not featured for the Anfield side this season as yet due to injury, but is on the verge of a return and could feature against Norwich this weekend.
If and when the England international is back available to the Reds, Rodgers is reportedly willing to let Origi leave on a temporary deal to give him more time on the pitch elsewhere.
