Manchester City and Manchester United are being tipped to miss out on Wolfsburg’s Kevin De Bruyne, with Bayern Munich leading the race for his signature, Telegraph reports.
The 23-year-old is already in negotiations with the current English champions after being scouted over the past few months.
De Bruyne earlier admitted that he was keen on continuing his football in the Bundesliga, while his current club are hoping they can tie him down on a new five-year contract.
Apart from City and United, Paris Saint-Germain are also keeping a watchful eye on the Belgium international, who is even being linked with a return to former side Chelsea.
Although Wolfsburg are trying to keep hold of their star midfielder, it is believed that they will only accept a deal if a club can meet their £45million valuation.
However, Bayern are said to be willing to meet those high demands, and could be set on bringing the highly rated star to the Allianz Arena this summer.
