Manchester City are ready to let Edin Dzeko leave in the summer amid doubts over his future role at the club, according to reports from the Daily Star.
Dzeko has been struggling to perform this season, with the fitness of star striker Sergio Aguero often resulting in him deployed as a substitute.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina international has started 10 Premier League games out of a possible 29, while appearing a further nine times from the bench, scoring only four goals in the current campaign.
In addition to his decline in form, Manuel Pellegrini also signed Wilfried Bony during January window, which means City now have four world class strikers amongst their ranks.
Stevan Jovetic is another one of the forwards available to Pellegrini, but he is also being linked with an exit after failing to hold down a regular role in the squad.
