Manchester City are looking to make another attempt at signing Angel Correa from Atletico Madrid after missing out on his services last year, Express reports.
The 20-year-old was previously playing for Argentina outfits San Lorenzo, but City lost out on his services after he instead agreed to join the La Liga giants.
However, it is believed that Atletico are willing to listen to offers over his sale when the transfer window reopens in January.
Manager Manuel Pellegrini will be looking to add more options to his attack given that star man Sergio Aguero is still injured.
Correa has so far featured 10 times in all competitions for his side this term, but has only managed to register two goals in the process.
It is believed that manager Diego Simeone will be open to pushing for his exit if City can table an offer around the £8million region.
Pellegrini spent £28million during the previous January window when he signed Wilfried Bony from Swansea City and is now likely to splash the cash on another addition in two months time.
