Manchester United have been alerted after Tottenham Hotspur are said to have open talks over a new deal for Harry Kane, Express reports.
The 22-year-old has also caught the eye of Premier League champions Chelsea in recent weeks as Spurs look to persuade him to sign yet another deal.
Kane only penned a new contract back in February as he now earns about £35,000-a-week, but the club could double his salary in order to convince him to stay.
United were heavily linked with a move for the England international during the summer amid speculation that they were ready to table an offer around the £40million region.
It is believed that Tottenham have already begun talking with his representatives over the terms of a new deal and are ready to reject all incoming offers for the striking star.
The attacker has now registered eight goals from his previous 14 appearances, joint third with Watford’s Odion Ighalo in the Premier League goalscoring charts.
