Manchester United and Manchester City look to have been boosted by speculation that Kevin De Buryne is considering a Wolfsburg exit, according to reports from the Daily Star.
The 24-year-old is currently being monitored by a host of top teams this summer, with Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich also said to be keen on his addition.
However, the high amount of interested clubs have alerted De Bruyne as he recently revealed that he is still unsure over his future in the Bundesliga.
“I don’t know where I will play next season,” he said.
“I just have to train well and make sure that I am fully fit. We will then see what happens.
“It is always something special when big clubs show an interest in you. Of course, I am thinking about it.”
The former Chelsea midfielder struggled to hold down a regular role under Jose Mourinho and was eventually sold to Wolfsburg for £18million back in 2014.
Since his transfer to Germany, he is now one of the most wanted players in Europe as City are being tipped to table a £40million offer for his services after failing to land Juventus star Paul Pogba.
The Belgium international emerged as a top transfer target for a host of clubs after scoring 16 goals while providing a further 28 assists from a total of 51 appearances in all competitions last term.
