Manchester United ace Anthony Martial has urged Paris Saint-Germain star Zlatan Ibrahimovic to join him at Old Trafford this summer, according to reports from The Sun.
Ibrahimovic has been heavily linked with a move away from the Parc des Princes in recent weeks, with the Sweden international’s contract running out at the end of the season.
His expected availability has seen many of the continent’s top teams keen on his services, with clubs from China and the MLS also monitoring his situation.
However, Man United have a great chance of luring ‘Zlatan’ to Old Trafford if Jose Mourinho, who worked with the striker during their time together at Inter Milan, replaces Louis van Gaal as the Red Devils manager.
And because of the possibility, Martial has urged the 34-year-old to join him in Manchester next season, while also praising his winning mentality.
He said: “It would be nice to play alongside him. He is an extraordinary player — he won almost everything.”
Ibrahimovic has made 42 appearances in all competitions this term, scoring an extraordinary 39 goals.
