Manchester United are now being linked with a move to sign Dinamo Zagreb star Marko Pjaca as manager Louis van Gaal continues his search for a winger, Express reports.
The 20-year-old has emerged as yet another target after impressing in the Croatian top flight, with Italian news outlet Corriere dello Sport naming him the ‘purest talent in Croatia’.
Van Gaal recently revealed that he was keen to add another winger into his ranks during the January window and have also been linked with Bournemouth’s Matt Ritchie as well as Southampton’s Sadio Mane.
Apart from interest from the Red Devils, Serie A giants Inter Milan are also said to be keeping an eye on the winger after assistant coach Dejan Stankovic watched Pjaca’s display in a game against Olympiacos last month.
He has already featured 19 times in all competitions for his side this term, so far scoring three goals while providing a further three assists.
