Manchester United may need to table an offer worth £193.2million for Barcelona star Neymar if he decides to sign a new contract, Football Insider reports.
The 23-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford in recent months as the La Liga giants look to keep hold of his services.
He recently revealed that contract talks are still ongoing, but is feeling very optimistic over the outcome of the negotiations.
If Neymar reaches an agreement with Barca, it is believed that his new release clause will be set at £193.2million.
United may still be open to making a bid given that they saw a £140million offer rejected by the Spanish side during the previous summer window.
Apart from the Red Devils, Premier League rivals Manchester City are also keen on signing the Brazil international and could consider a move in the summer.
He has already featured 30 times in all competitions for his side this term, scoring 22 goals while providing another 20 assists so far.
