Manchester United’s new boy Morgan Schneiderlin has wasted little time in making an impact with his new team, with the French midfielder scoring the winner on his debut, as per The Guardian.
The former Southampton maestro agreed terms on a lucrative deal to move to Old Trafford and is widely expected to play a considerable role in a title challenge for Louis van Gaal’s men next season.
Schneiderlin wasted little time in endearing himself to the Red Devils’ faithful, scoring his first goal for the Manchester club and the only one of the game in a 1-0 victory over Club America.
The midfielder put in an impressive performance for the Premier League side and seems set to be a midfield lynchpin for his new employers in 2015-16.
Bastian Schweinsteiger also donned the red of United for the first time too, with fans getting a glimpse of their new heroes.
