Manchester United are considering a £45million offer to sign Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane, according to reports from the Daily Mail.
The 21-year-old is having a standout season with Spurs this term and is one of the names on United’s £150million summer shopping list.
The England international has already scored 20 Premier League goals over the course of the campaign and can still add more to his tally with two games remaining.
Manager Louis van Gaal is still hoping to undergo another squad overhaul to prepare his side for a return to the Champions League, having missed out last year after finishing in seventh place.
He is looking to add a striker, a central-midfielder, a right-back, as well as a centre-back in the upcoming window.
Apart from Kane, United have also been linked with a move for Burnley frontman Danny Ings, who will be out of contract at the end of the current campaign.
