Manchester United are ready to make a huge offer to sign Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid during the next summer window, according to Fichajes, as reported by the Metro.
The 30-year-old is being tipped by Spanish football journalist Guillem Balague to leave the club this summer amid speculation that the La Liga giants are already in the market for replacements.
It is believed that United are prepared to make a bid worth about £92.5million in order to lure their former star back to Old Trafford following his departure in 2009.
In addition to the huge fee, the Premier League giants are also said to be plotting a wage package worth £17.4millon per season.
However, the Red Devils will face tough competition from Paris Saint-Germain as the Ligue 1 winners are set to make an offer worth around the £110.8million region to lure Ronaldo to France.
The two clubs are prepared to table the huge fee knowing that they will be able to recoup most of their spending from the revenue generated from his arrival.
He featured 54 times in all competitions for his side last season and managed to score a total of 61 goals while providing a further 22 assists.
