Manchester United have sent scouts to watch Palermo wonderkid Paulo Dybala play against Inter Milan during the weekend, according to reports from the Daily Mail.
Dybala, dubbed the ‘new Sergio Aguero’, has had an impressive season in the Italian Serie A, scoring nine goals in 17 games for the Rosanero.
And his performances haven’t gone unnoticed throughout Europe, with the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, and Tottenham all keen on his services.
However it seems that Man United are also closely monitoring the situation after the Red Devils sent representatives to take a closer look at the £30m-rated Argentina-born attacker.
The 21-year-old has the versatility to play as an all-out striker or as a winger, which will be of use with manager Louis van Gaal’s tendency to alter his formations.
But United didn’t get to see the best of Dybala as Palermo succumbed to a 3-0 defeat at the San Siro against Inter, with Chelsea and Liverpool target Mauro Icardi grabbing a brace.
