Manchester United are believed to have joined the race to sign Hoffenheim attacking midfielder Roberto Firmino with Liverpool and Arsenal also interested in him, Express reports.
The 23-year-old began this year’s Bundesliga campaign on top form, scoring three and providing another three and has now been rewarded with a call-up to the Brazil national team.
He has now attracted major interest from the Premier League, with Chelsea also believed to be considering his signature despite already having a very packed midfield.
Firmino has also revealed his delight at being called up to his country’s senior squad as he hopes to continue his rising form.
“This selection of course inspires me a little more.
“I will give my best and hopefully get called up again.”
With continued growing interest from the Premier League, the Brazilian could very well be targeted in the January window with the four clubs prepared to trigger a bidding war for his services.
