Manchester United star Luis Nani is being tipped to complete a move to Fenerbahce after his future at Old Trafford has come under jeopardy, according to reports from the Metro.
The 28-year-old spent the current campaign on loan at Sporting Lisbon, with his form attracting interest from league winners Benfica.
However, despite catching the eye of the Portuguese giants, Nani is said to have rejected the chance to sign for them, leaving Fenerbahce in pole position for his services.
He is set to return to United at the end of the month, but it is believed that manager Louis van Gaal has told the winger that he isn’t part of his plans, prompting him to begin considering his options.
The Portugal international has struggled to hold down a regular role, often being criticised for his consistency on the pitch.
Nani enjoyed a successful loan spell with Sporting this term, featuring 37 times and managing to find the net on 12 occasions while providing his side with a further eight assists.
