Manchester United star Ander Herrera has come out to deny speculation that his future at Old Trafford is in doubt, Daily Star reports.
The 26-year-old has been linked with an exit in recent weeks after seeing very limited playing time since the start of the current campaign.
He was unable to feature in the last two games after suffering a hamstring injury, but despite his return, he isn’t being guaranteed a starting spot.
It was recently believed that Herrera was looking to undergo talks regarding his future at the club, but the midfield has come out to admit via social media that he is very happy at the moment.
“Interview given last week. Very happy at Manchester United,” he wrote.
“I don’t want this dream to finish. I have to play as well as possible if I want to play as long as I can at this club.”
He has only managed to start six out of a possible 14 Premier League matches this term, featuring a further three times from the bench, scoring two goals while providing another two assists.
The Red Devils have been criticised for their attacking form in recent months, but are still heavy title contenders as they sit third on the table, only a point behind leaders Manchester City.
