Manchester United are still trying to push for a deal to sign Gareth Bale from Real Madrid following their £750million agreement with Adidas, according to reports from the Express.
The 26-year-old has been targeted by manager Louis van Gaal ever since the January window amid speculation that the winger was unhappy at the Bernabeu.
However, the Wales international later dismissed the rumours that he was keen on leaving Spain, but United are still pushing in their attempts to acquiring his services.
Van Gaal recently revealed his desire to sign a world class player, with Cristiano Ronaldo also joining Bale on his shopping list.
In addition to the potential exit of Angel Di Maria to Paris Saint-Germain, the Red Devils will also be given £750million over the next 10 years by Adidas as part of their new sponsorship deal.
They are also the main sponsor for Bale, meaning if the move to Old Trafford goes through, Adidas will greatly benefit from the switch in regards to their marketing abilities.
