Manchester United winger-come-defender Antonio Valencia is wanted by Paris Saint Germain.
That’s according to Futbol Mercado, who tweeted that the French champions have made a £26million bid for the Ecuadorian.
The 30-year-old has been turned into an attacking full-back in recent years at Old Trafford, after initially signing from Wigan as a winger in 2009.
Valencia managed four assists in 22 league appearances, but faced competition from actual full-back Matteo Darmian in the Italian’s first season at the Red Devils.
New PSG boss Unai Emery is to make a £26million bid for Valencia, as he looks to fill the gap left by Gregory van der Wiel, who has joined Fenerbahce this summer.
Jose Mourinho has added to his defence already by signing Eric Bailly from Villarreal, but now must decide whether to keep the experienced international, who has collected 84 Ecuador caps.
United kick off their league campaign with a trip to Bournemouth on August 14th.
