On loan Manchester United star Wilfried Zaha has admitted he is open to staying at Crystal Palace when the season comes to an end, according to the London Evening Standard.
The England youth star was purchased from Palace in the January of 2013, but returned on loan at the beginning of the current campaign of failing to impress new manager Louis van Gaal.
Even under previous manager David Moyes, Zaha only managed to make two league appearances before then going on loan in the second half of last season to Cardiff City.
But after now establishing himself as a key member of the Eagles squad, Zaha revealed he is happy to be playing near his family.
“I don’t know – it’s something I can’t answer right now,” Zaha told reporters.
“I am just on loan. Coming back to Palace would be great but that’s in the future so I’ll decide then. I am happy to be back and in and around family. They come to most of the games and I get to go back home and analyse games.”
Crystal Palace have won two games on the trot under new manager Alan Pardew, defeating Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 at Selhurst Park before last weekend’s epic 3-2 comeback against away to Burnley.
