Manchester United may have trouble offloading Javier Hernandez this summer after the striker broke his collarbone while on international duty with Mexico, the London Evening Standard reports.
Hernandez was deemed surplus to requirements by United boss Louis van Gaal and left to join Real Madrid on loan last year, but also struggled for regular playing time at the Santiago Bernabeu.
However, ‘Chicharito’ was taken to the hospital after what seems like a broken collarbone, making any transfer away from Old Trafford significantly delayed.
This means Hernandez will also be unable to help this country in the summer Gold Cup.
Hernandez joined United back in 2010 and instantly became a hit with the supporters, scoring some important goals and helping the Red Devils to the Premier League title in his first season.
