Zaha has barely kicked a ball in anger this season at Old Trafford with boss David Moyes not even selecting the 20 year old in his squad for yesterday’s defeat at the hands of West Brom.
The former Crystal Palace winger was linked with a summer switch back to the Eagles on loan to gain Premier League experience but Moyes blocked that, claiming the England international was in his plans.
That promise has not been followed up and so Nottingham Forest made a loan bid for Zaha this week, only to be turned down like Palace were.
Zaha may get a run out in midweek as United travel to Shakhtar in the Champions League but that may not be enough to prevent the winger asking his manager to allow him to leave on loan rather than sitting in the stands every week.
