Manchester United misfit Memphis Depay is wanted by Italian giants AC Milan, with scope for a January deal to take the Dutchman to Serie A for a fee of £24 million according to Calcio Mercato.
The Netherlands international was brought to Old Trafford last summer by compatriot and former Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal, with the attacker tipped to make a big impression in England.
However, Depay struggled for form in his first campaign at United and by the second half of the campaign was on the outskirts of the first team.
Since Jose Mourinho has taken over at United, the former PSV Eindhoven man has found regular first-team action hard to come by and will surely be weighing up his options.
Depay is behind the likes of Marcus Rashford, Juan Mata and Wayne Rooney in the attacking pecking order and could be given a reprieve by moving to the San Siro in January.
