New Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is keeping an eye on Swansea City star Andre Ayew to become his first club signing, according to EPSN, as reported by the Express.
The 25-year-old was linked with a move to Anfield during the recent summer window, but instead decided to join Swansea City.
However, with Klopp recently revealing that he wants to be in control of the club’s transfer dealings, it is believed that he is looking to add the Ghana international into his squad.
He joined the Swans on a free transfer from Ligue 1 outfits Marseille this summer and has adapted very quickly to the Premier League.
It is even said that the Reds boss made an attempt at trying to sign the forward during his time in charge of Borussia Dortmund as he is now targeting a January move for his services.
Ayew has so far started all eight of his team’s league matches, scoring four goals while providing another one assists.
