And the speedy youngster came off the bench for Newcastle’s opener in the Championship last friday, as the club lost 1-0 away at Fulham.
The news will please boss Rafa Benitez, who himself signed a deal to stay on as the Magpies boss this summer, and is looking to instantly bring the club back into the Premier League.
