Chelsea have been boosted in their chase to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic after his manager revealed that his future is still undecided, Daily Mail reports.
The 34-year-old Paris Saint-Germain star will see his contract expire at the end of the current campaign, but according to manager Laurent Blanc, he may refuse an extension.
“It’s a big question mark,” he said.
“His contract will run until June 2016 so it’s more about what the player wants to do.
“We are all focused on the league right now but that is a question we will ask ourselves. At 34, Zlatan is showing that he has still got it.”
He featured in 11 Premier League matches while playing another five in the Champions League, scoring 16 goals and providing another six assists so far.
A number of other Premier League clubs are also said to have joined the Blues in their efforts to add the Sweden international into their ranks.
Arsenal as well as Manchester United have been linked with a move for the striker in recent months as the pair look to add more options into their attack.
The Blues have been linked with the former AC Milan star given recent doubts over the future of current first-choice striker Diego Costa due to a number of disciplinary issues.
