Liverpool star Daniel Sturridge has emerged as a £50million summer transfer target for Paris Saint-Germain, according to reports from The Sun.
The 26-year-old has struggled with injuries over the past 18 months and is yet to fully recover from a host of problems that halted his career.
It is believed that the Reds could be ready to cash in on his services given his inability to feature on a weekly basis.
PSG have joined the race for the striker amid rumours that Edinson Cavani was ready to leave the Parc des Princes in the summer.
He is seen as an ideal candidate to replace the Uruguay international despite the fact that Sturridge only signed a new five-year contract at Anfield last season.
However, manager Jurgen Klopp is said to be keen on keeping the forward at the club despite his fitness concerns.
The England international only made seven appearances in the Premier League and another four in the Europa League this term, so far scoring five goals.
