Stoke City boss Tony Pulis has told Sanli Tuncay that the fans who booed him during Saturday's defeat to Bolton Wanderers were right to do so.
The Turkey international stormed down the tunnel during the 2-1 home defeat after being replaced in the 77th minute by Ricardo Fuller.
"I can understand the crowd," said Pulis."This club has been very united over the last few years – the group of players and supporters together and I think they appreciate it if the team is having a go.
"Tunny is different but he has to go into the dressing room and face the players afterwards.
"The lads won't be too happy, irrespective of where he is from.
"They have got this spirit which is very special and they expect him to be the same."
