QPR defender Luke Young has failed to make one appearance for the side this season and Harry Redknapp is unsure about his future.
The R’s boss questioned the former England international’s future back in February after he had missed so many games with a hip injury and had a few run-outs for the R’s Under-21 side.
Redknapp does not know what the future holds for the 33-year-old who has not played for the club since the clash with Sunderland in March last year.
Redknapp said: “He wasn’t fit enough to be in the squad this year. He didn’t feel he could play.
“He’s still here and we’re paying him every week. I don’t know what next year holds for him really.
“If he’s not fit enough to play I don’t know where you go with him really. Hopefully he’ll be fit enough to play.”
