Queens Park Rangers star Sandro is set to undergo a medical at West Bromwich Albion ahead of his potential move to the Premier League, Sky Sports reports.
The 26-year-old is due to go through the necessary tests later today before the Baggies can confirm his arrival from the Championship side.
If his addition can be confirmed before midday today, the midfielder could be in line to make his debut during the upcoming FA Cup Fourth Round clash with Peterborough.
The former Tottenham Hotspur star struggled with a number of injuries during his time at White Hart Lane and was eventually sold to QPR for £6m back in the summer of 2014.
However, his move to Loftus Road didn’t go according to plan, as he was also consistently sidelined with injuries, featuring a total of only 28 times since his arrival.
Even if he isn’t registered on time, Sandro could instead make his debut when West Brom host Swansea City on Tuesday night.
