QPR target Etienne Capoue is ready to try to make his mark in the Premier League next season by moving away from France.
The 24-year-old Toulouse defender has been linked with a switch to the R’s, who apparently tried to sign him in January, as well as Everton who are also said to be keen on landing him.
He has now claimed that he is ready for a new challenge and, as long as the transfer fee is acceptable to the Ligue 1 club, he may move at the end of the campaign.
“At the end of the season, I will sit with my club and we will decide,” he said.
“I am 24 years old now and if there is an interesting opportunity abroad, I want to take that challenge.
“I think I am ready to handle it, I am the right age but ultimately Toulouse will have a big say.
“The interest from English teams is there, so let’s wait and see at the end of the season.”
