Queens Park Rangers have been given the chance of signing former AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato, who is currently on loan at Sao Paulo from Corinthians, Daily Mail reports.
The 25-year-old is being tipped for a return to Europe in the current window as Harry Redknapp may consider a loan deal to bring him to the Premier League.
In light of the possible deal for the player, the QPR boss may need to sanction the sale of Adel Taarabt, who is currently on £65,000-a-week in wages.
Dubai based side Al-Ahil is believed to be interested in the services of the Moroccan attacker while his exit would mean Redknapp will be a step closer to securing a deal for Pato.
The Brazilian forward has been on good form so far this season, netting 12 goals in 30 appearances for his side and is currently being monitored as a potential player who can add something extra to the QPR front line.
