Sergio Ramos is believed to have already agreed the terms of his contract offer with Manchester United in regards to his Real Madrid departure, according to reports from the Daily Star.
The 29-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford this summer, but the two sides have been unable to agree a finalized transfer fee.
United have already seen a bid around the £30million region rejected by his club, with negotiations now being put on hold as Real are demanding about £60million for his services.
Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal has already reinforced his midfield with a number of new additions and has now turned his attentions to a new striker as well a world class centre-back.
Apart from the Spain international, Van Gaal is also closing in on the services of Valencia star Nicolas Otamendi, with speculation that one or both of them could join the club this summer.
