Real Madrid creative midfielder Isco is reportedly keen on a move to England and is eyeing up a reunion with former boss Manual Pellegrini at Manchester City, The Mirror report.
The Spain international has been an excellent player for the capital city giants when given an opportunity to play, but has largely been a substitute in Rafa Benitez’s first season at the club and is now weighing up his options.
Pellegrini managed Isco during their mutual time together at Malaga, with the diminutive schemer said to have a lot of respect for the Chilean tactician.
With City looking to boos their chances of winning the Premier League title in 2015-16 for the third time in five seasons, recruitment is expected over the next month at the Etihad Stadium.
Isco would be a stunning capture and add to the creative options at Pellegrini’s disposal, which include David Silva, Raheem Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne.
