Real Madrid are considering to offer James Rodriguez to Chelsea in a potential swap deal to sign Eden Hazard, according to reports from the Sun.
Hazard has been heavily linked away from Stamford Bridge for much of the campaign, with the Belgium international struggling to replicate the form that won him the PFA Player of the Year last season.
Meanwhile, Rodriguez himself is having a poor term for the La Liga giants, and a swap deal is potentially on the cards this coming summer.
It seems that the two midfielders are in need of a new challenge, and with their values still high despite their poor seasons, the Blues and Los Blancos believe it could be a transfer that suits both parties.
This will come as a blow to Ligue-1 champions Paris Saint-Germain, who were hoping to sign Hazard even though the 25-year-old was being valued at £100million by Chelsea.
Hazard has made 38 appearances this season, scoring only two goals, while ‘James’ has made 22 appearances, scoring six goals.
