Former Chelsea and Bolton Wanderers forward Eidur Gudjohnsen is considering a return to the Premier League, according to his father and agent.
Gudjohnsen, 31, has struggled to make an impact in France after leaving Barcelona to join Monaco last summer.
The Iceland international has started just six Ligue 1 games so far this season and reports claim that a clutch of Premier League clubs are jostling to sign him during the transfer window.
Gudjohnsen made his name during two years with Bolton and former Wanderers boss Sam Allardyce is believed to be keen to lure him to current club Blackburn Rovers.
West Ham United and Tottenham are also reported suitors.
"I am not sure what he is going to do," agent Arnor Gudjohnsen told the Daily Mirror.
"He is going to take the next two weeks to decide. He could stay. He is very open. Nobody knows yet.
"He is obviously seriously thinking about a return to England but he has not made any decision. It is in his hands."
